There are two sections to visit once you have read the landing page – one for men or one for women. The men’s section begins with these three bullet points:

Learn How...
…a 19-Year Old College Student Used This Technique to Uncover Those Stubborn Bottom Abs and Finally Got a Six Pack
…a 37-Year Old Flabby Business Man Lost 21 Pounds of Ugly Belly Fat in 7 Weeks
…a 62-Year Old Out-of-Shape Grandpa Lost 4 Inches Off His Waist in 3 Months While Also Increasing His Full Body Strength

Then goes on to say:
“...and if you actually apply these unique dietary strategies and secret training techniques, you will no longer be self-conscious about taking off your shirt at the beach and no longer force yourself to wear baggy shirts to help hide your gut...”

The women’s section begins with:

“Learn How a 27-Year Old Texas Beauty and a 59-Year Old Grandma Used the Same Secrets to Shed Years of Extra Stubborn Belly Fat and Finally Get a Sexy Flat Stomach...”

Then goes onto say:

“...and by using these little-known dietary tricks and workout techniques, they are both no longer self conscious about their body, and are finally comfortable showing off their new sexy waistlines in that sexy little dress, or the tight jeans & cute T-shirt that they had been dying to wear!”

These two areas of the sales pages are geared towards making their potential customers think about how they could look after they have read the ebook and followed the course as directed.
There are several ‘before and after’ photographs along with testimonials on both the men’s and women’s sections. There is also a separate page reached via the tabs at the top of each page, that has over 60 testimonials that sing the praises of the Truth about Six Pack Abs.

Does it Work?
“…I have used the program and it works great. It tells you exactly how to do great workouts, awesome diet tips and it told me what I was doing wrong before.
Take a look and see if it will help you.
There is an entire section devoted to women so you will get the information that you need…”
From Yahoo.

“…The eBook is very good. It has at home workouts, ball exercises, and dumbbell workouts. It also includes information for more things you can do at home - stretching, recipes, stair exercises. A gym membership certainly wouldn't hurt but this is very doable at home :)
Good luck!”

“…I have used it and had success with it. Here are some of the exercises from it. It taught me that its not just about situps and crunches and doing a thousand of each.
Some examples are:

1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
1b. Front Squats with Barbell
1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor

A good rep scheme to use with this could be 3-4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise, or more sets for less reps, such as 5 sets of 5 reps of each exercise. Mountain climbers can be done…”

Everything I have discovered during my research into The Truth about Six Pack Abs leads me to the conclusion that this is an interesting and very do-able exercise and nutrition program. The exercises that are detailed in the ebook can be done at home and the nutrition seems to be simply encouraging people to make healthy choices to accelerate their success rate. There are no strict diets to follow but the ebook does list foods to avoid and also tells you all about so called health foods that could actually encourage belly fat.
As you navigate around the website you will also discover a full page of interesting articles that you can read which will give you more insight into exercise and diet regimes. Just one small point that I didn’t like and that was the strange ‘video’ on the landing page that began talking to me without waiting for me to click on it. There was no obvious way to turn it off but clicking on the volume button did shut it up – eventually.
The site claims – “The Truth about Six Pack Abs is the #1 ranked Abdominals ebook in the world (as ranked by clickbank.com) with over 263,000 readers in 154 countries to date.”
So this ebook is a must have for all who are serious about reshaping their body without putting in hours a day at the gym and without having to stick to a strict diet in order to see a quick result.
